What platform do lessons take place on?
Lessons take place live via video call. Your teacher will confirm the platform (Zoom, Google Meet or similar) when booking. You just need a device with a camera and microphone.
Is the content culturally appropriate?
Yes. All lesson materials are carefully selected to be culturally sensitive and respectful. Topics, images and examples are chosen to be appropriate for learners of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Can my child take lessons without me present?
Parents are welcome to observe all young learner sessions. We recommend parents are present for children under 12. All our teachers are experienced, vetted professionals.
What if I miss a lesson?
You can reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Missed lessons with less than 24 hours notice count as used. Package lessons are valid for 3 months.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely via Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card. For packages and subscriptions, payment is taken upfront. Per-lesson payments are taken at the time of booking.
What time zones do you cover?
We have teachers available across multiple time zones to accommodate students in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, North America and beyond. Your preferred times will be confirmed during registration.
