Refund Policy

At QiblaEdu we want you to be confident in every purchase you make. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product or service.

Digital Products

All digital products sold through the QiblaEdu shop are non-refundable once downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods as the file cannot be returned once accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — such as a corrupted file or a download that fails to complete — please contact us at info@qiblaedu.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement file at no additional cost.

English Lessons

Monthly lesson packages are non-refundable once the first lesson has taken place. If you wish to cancel before your first lesson please contact us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Individual lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

Consulting Sessions

Consulting sessions booked through Calendly may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Seller Products on the QiblaEdu Marketplace

QiblaEdu operates as a marketplace where independent sellers upload and sell their own digital resources. When you purchase a product from a seller on QiblaEdu, your purchase is subject to this refund policy.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products are accurately described, function as stated and are of acceptable quality. QiblaEdu reviews all listings before publication but cannot guarantee every aspect of every product.

If you purchase a seller's product and it does not match its description, is corrupted or fails to download, please contact us at info@qiblaedu.com within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and where appropriate issue a refund on the seller's behalf. Any refunds issued on seller products will result in the corresponding commission being reversed from the seller's account.

QiblaEdu reserves the right to issue refunds on behalf of sellers in cases of genuine product failure, misdescription or technical fault. Sellers agree to this policy by listing products on the QiblaEdu marketplace.

For Sellers

As a seller on QiblaEdu you are responsible for the accuracy and quality of your listings. Refunds issued due to product faults, inaccurate descriptions or failed downloads will be deducted from your seller balance. Repeated refund issues may result in your seller account being reviewed or suspended. If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision please contact us at info@qiblaedu.com.

Exceptions

We review all refund requests on a case by case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of the above policy please contact us at info@qiblaedu.com and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
