Services
QiblaEdu offers online English lessons, expat consulting, teaching resources and a job listings board. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at any time.
English Lessons
Lesson bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You may reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Lessons take place via video call and you are responsible for ensuring you have a working device, camera and internet connection.
Consulting
Consulting sessions are booked and paid through Calendly. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Digital Products
All digital products sold through our shop are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us at info@qiblaedu.com within 7 days of purchase.
Job Listings
Job listings are posted at QiblaEdu's discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing that does not meet our standards. QiblaEdu is not responsible for the accuracy of listings posted by third parties or for any employment outcomes.
Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. QiblaEdu does not store your payment details.
Intellectual Property
All content on qiblaedu.com including text, images, logos and design is the property of Azwar and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
QiblaEdu is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Marketplace Sellers
QiblaEdu operates a marketplace through which independent sellers can list and sell digital teaching resources. By registering as a seller you agree to the following terms.
Commission: QiblaEdu retains 20% of the sale price of every product sold through the marketplace. Sellers receive 80% of every completed sale. There are no listing fees, monthly charges or upfront costs.
Payouts: Seller earnings are processed through Stripe. Payouts are made to the bank account or payment method connected to your seller account. QiblaEdu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Content standards: All products listed on QiblaEdu must meet our content guidelines. Resources must be culturally appropriate and suitable for learners from conservative backgrounds. Content involving alcohol, gambling, inappropriate relationships, sexually suggestive material or anything that conflicts with the values of our audience will not be approved. QiblaEdu reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its discretion.
Intellectual property: Sellers confirm that they own the rights to all materials they list and that their products do not infringe on the intellectual property of any third party. QiblaEdu accepts no liability for copyright infringement by sellers.
Account termination: QiblaEdu reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these terms, post inappropriate content or engage in fraudulent activity.
